Jenny Watson Designs for Cygnet!

YES!!! It's finally coming together, we have been working very hard over the last couple of months with THE fantastic Jenny Watson to create a bespoke collection of ladies, children and baby knitwear in some of our best selling signature ranges and a new range edition.

Jenny has a vast knowledge and masses of experience within the knitting industry and has been designing for over 30 years. A Yorkshire lass like ourselves, she has a loveable passion and great design expertise to bring this very exciting knitwear collection to Cygnet.

Yesterday saw our first photo shoot, we managed to cram every last design into a days shoot! Tiring, yes, hugely satisfying YES!

A couple of snaps of behind the scenes from the day at the Photography Works... endless cups of tea and lots of titivating.

The pattern collection has been designed using our signature ranges Cygnet DK and Cygnet Chunky for ladies knitwear. We've have picked shades that are on trend and perfect for uni-seasonal wear, including new shades Sienna 508, Steel Blue 859 and Stone 874 and on trend pastels in our Vintage Rose 639.

The baby and children knits are worked in our new release Cygnet Pure Baby DK Anti-Pilling Acrylic yarn. Available in 12

shades this new baby yarn is super soft to the touch, machine washable and made of 100% Anti-Pilling Acrylic making this an ideal yarn perfect for little ones.

A superbly soft acrylic yarn developed with anti-pilling technology makes it ideal for knitting or crocheting babies garments, toys, accessories, and blankets. With a subtle twist, this yarn gives a beautiful drape and well-defined stitches.

The new Jenny Watson pattern collection will be available from all good Cygnet retailers both online: Digital format and Bricks & : mortar: Printed patterns.

For first look keep an eye on our social media posts and those able to visit Stitches at Birmingham's NEC next month, we shall be hitting the catwalk with a selection of some of the designs from the collection. Visit us on stand F12

We are massively grateful to Jenny and her team in helping us bring this collection to life and hope they bring you as much enjoyment knitting them as we have had in producing them!
